とんでもないことが起こっています。サイバー犯罪防止の司令塔であるはずの内閣官房内閣サイバーセキュリティセンターが侵害を受けたと言う話。目を覆う惨状です。

司令塔の役割を果たしていないと言うことです。

内閣官房自体がゆるゆる組織になっているのでは。
