Wir ziehen den TOP 3.4 „Fortschreibung des 4. #Nahverkehrsplan “ mit Vortrag vor. Dieser #NVP ist als Zwischenschritt zu sehen, der bestehende wird mit geringfügigen Anpassungen fortgesetzt und ist aus formalrechtlichen Gründen (sonst Streichung Förderungen für Schulverkehr) erforderlich. Der 5. NVP wird dann ein echter neuer Wurf, in dem alles aus MOIN+ vom LK #Osnabrück , dem OS-Bahn-Konzept / #SPNV usw. einfließt. Einstimmig an den Rat empfohlen. #StUA
