Newfoundland Hydro asking for power conservation this morning.

Due to wobbly issues with the old Holyrood plant, and ice ingestion at Bay D'espoir hydro essentially idling all 7 units, Nfld is really short on generation, with NS exports essentially halted.

I think the real issue, the graph they show on bills. In Febuary, it was 'total cost'. Previously, and now currently (it has been reverted), it shows 'total power used'.

Called #NewfoundlandPower and a truck was by within a couple hours to look at some voltage fluctuations.

They did a few things, still happening. Before they left, bypassed the meter and verified solid voltage into the house regardless of loads.

Figured I'd need an electrician to poke at the panel, but.. since that meter was snapped back in place, solid 120.1V, +/- 0.6V around the house.

Thanks to the guy coming back to do that one last check for me, seems problem unwittingly solved!
