Yesterday, my family and I helped the #CougarCreek Streamkeepers in #NorthDelta to pull garbage from the #creek. We also put bark mulch on the muddy parts of the trail to make them passable, which will hopefully mean fewer people leave the path and trample the sensitive creekside vegetation. I highly recommend volunteering with a stewardship organization that projects local waterways (if there is one near you!).
