I may have completely missed the northern lights, but at least I have these fancy comodulograms to show for it 🤓
We're looking into EEG to determine therapy effectiveness via a PD biomarker (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26290353/). This weekend, we were able to calculate this biomarker on the San Diego dataset (https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds002778/) with MNE-Python (https://mne.tools/). Now, we'll build a FreeEEG32 (https://github.com/neuroidss/FreeEEG32-beta) to use this as a feedback loop on for improving our vibrotactile device. Very exciting!!
