I took the North/South O-train Line 2 for the first time today!
❤️ WOW! I only rode it two stops to South Keys, but I was treated to a very pleasant view of Sawmill Creek!

This felt like I was on a comfy Via Rail train, but with a more open and a clean design. I'm looking forward to taking this train more often!

Though, I was a bit confused about the train exit doors ~ anyone else? 😅

We listen #Montreal radio each morning and have been hearing that they're having probs with their REM trains – similar equipment to #Ottawa's problem-plagued Alstom #OTrain system.

Haven't heard them say what exactly has been failing in their system, but sounds like much frustration w suspended service and badly-managed replacement buses.

Apparently they're much less transparent about what their problems are. Wonder if it's those frivolous elements like wheels and doors like it was for us.
