#ParqueMet

I have always liked small, compact cameras, to carry in a pocket and be able to capture that moment that catches my attention, save it, freeze it in an image, and then, as time passes, look at it again and return to that fleeting moment that passed and was saved in an image, like this photo of a small hummingbird that I took on San Cristóbal Hill, in Santiago de Chile with a SONY DSC-WX350. This small hummingbird is the southernmost in America, a species native to Chile and Argentina.

A photo of a small hummingbird with a white post-ocular spot. Its throat is green with small shiny bronze spots; above it is green with a bronze shine and below it is grayish green. The flanks and tail are bronze green. The beak is straight and black, it is a native species of Chile and Argentina. It is standing among the flowers of the candelabra aloe. The flowers are clusters of 20-30 cm, narrowly conical, where the scarlet orange flowers are gathered. They grow erect, and then droop downwards until they open.
