Today on the degoogling journey: How can I make the best out of a Pixel's camera on #GrapheneOS? 🤔

The default camera app doesn't begin to exploit all the nice things that the Pixel camera hardware can do, and I do want nice things. 😁

Installing the Google camera means having to install the Google gallery to open the pictures and more google crap, and I don't want to go to a sandbox profile every time I'd like to take a picture.

Wie schon geschrieben - die Hardware finde ich streckenweise grottig.

Davon abgesehen bin ich hochzufrieden mit #System und #Funktion - alles tut perfekt und wie #ich es will.
Besonderes hervorzuheben ist die unglaubliche #Kompatibilität
Es gab keine noch so #böse #app aus alten Zeiten die ich nicht zum laufen bekommen hätte!

Ich habe doch irgendwo in den letzten Wochen gelesen, dass #Meta den #Facebook #Pixel nutzt, um Nutzer illegal auszuforschen und zu personalisieren. Aber ich finde keine Beiträge mehr dazu. Wer weiß dazu etwas. (oder hatte ich einen luziden Traum ;-)

@murena after installing and running e/os on my old #pixel 4a via web installer just realised my current phone pixel 8a is not yet supported, just community installer 😭😭😭

Any timeline when this will happen? e/OS is great but don't feel like playing with CLI on my main phone
