What to do during a heatwave with temperatures up to 48°? I decided to go on a short trip to #PortDock 🇦🇺 in Port Adelaide for a paddle through the mangroves and a nice visit to the National Railway Museum.

A quick trip out to Adelaide's newest station on its very own branch line - Port Dock.

This line gets a 30 minute frequency from 05:30 to 00:30 on weekdays (slightly more restrictive operating hours on weekends).

Aside from being right next door to the National Railway Museum, I'm not sure what the point of building this little branch was. It's one station long and only about 10 minutes walk to Port Adelaide station.
