It's #GrindayFriday again and although I could've easily done POSTNASAL DRAINAGE for Music Women Wednesday (as it's a woman-fronted two piece gore groove band from California's east bay, and that would've been funny), we're doin em up for Grinday Friday.

This is Postnasal Drainage's first demo, from April, released a day before my birthday this year. Some truly gross and grody stuff. But what good grind isn't?
