• A prosperous Ukraine would destroy the #Propaganda lies that claim "Russia is better than ever!" because for that Russia needs weak/more impoverished neighbours.

Same with #Democracy and #HumanRights: Russia's #PuppetStates in East Ukraine don't even try to comply with standards by the #OSCE whereas even before #Zelenskyy there was a clear trajectory of Ukraine moving more and more towards fulfilling the #EU membership criterias.

• Without Putin being impatient and greedy, he would've gladly kept the "#StatusQuoAnteBelkum" indefinitely, but his threats, interference, annexion and full-scale invasion made it abundantly clear that one cannot trust him or Moscow at all…

Instead, the Ukraine War became the prime ad for #NATO membership!

• #Russia did start the War in 2012 by violating the #BudapestMemorandum and illegally occupying and annexing #Crimea as well as passively supporting #PuppetStates in the eastern parts of Ukraine.

@Polynomial_C OFC that's a way to purposefully and knowingly #lie when #Russia is proven to be the aggressor, violating the #BudapestMemorandum which on it's own means that actually the #USA & #UK as guarantors for #Ukraine's territorial integrity are in a bind to technically deploy troops on the ground to enshure the "#StatusQuoAnteBellum" as of 1994-2013.

OFC Russia disliked that #Ukrainians toppled their pro-Russian #oligarch and thus illegally invaded #Crimea and supported the setup of #PuppetStates like #Luhansk * and #Donetsk **...

But hey, keep telling that lie to yourself long enough and you may start to actually believe it yourself...
