One cool thing that I've learned @ #PyConIT2024 is that the next version of uvicorn is going to have a built in process manager, so there will be no need to run uvicorn from gunicorn if you wanted to run multiple processes š
Obviously, #PyConIT2024 (and 2023) called for some food exploration.

This yearās masking policy was āwear a mask if you want, and some will be available on demandā. Clearly it didnāt work for me. I also havenāt heard anything about the matter from the staff while on site.
Sadly, I donāt think Iāll come back next year if the policy isnāt revised.
Iām seeing a lot of toots from people who came back from #PyConUS2024, and tested negative to COVID. Meanwhile, Iām just back from #PyConIt2024 : I donāt think I was ever that sick in my entire adult life, and I was one of maybe two to three attendees wearing a mask.
Final tally of #walking around Florence for #PyConIT2024: 43 kilometres in three days.
