I saw a kid on a Raleigh Chopper bike today and it brought back fond memories of my blue Chopper that was a 'hand me down' in mint condition from a family friend. Best summer school holidays for a few years with my 'biker gang'.

The first bike I ever had (whizzing round the streets of South London was a #RaleighChopper... after the death of its designer this week.
A couple of years ago y best friend bought one that was rather worse for wear & completely refurbished it for his wife's birthday... we absolutely loved it; she was a little les impressed
