I'm probably the last person to this party, but #DaftPunk has a drumless mix of their record #RandomAccessMemories. Like Fury Road Chrome Edition, the original work is improved through reduction.
Random Access Memories (Drumless Edition) dropped today. I'm a few songs in and a lot of the subtle details are more easily heard, which is always a little exciting. Where's the energy though!? It's sort of in this uncanny valley between chill music and the funk that vanilla RAM offered.

I’m spinning Daft Punk’s #RandomAccessMemories tonight. This #vinyl sounds mfin’ phenomenal. It’s as clear as anything and has excellent dynamic range.
If any of you are fans, what’re your favorite songs off the album — or from #DaftPunk in general?
I think Touch is my favorite of the album. The themes of human connection, nostalgia/memory, and transcendence elevate it. Not to mention the epic instrumentation.

The vinyl 10th anniversary re-release of #DaftPunk's #RandomAccessMemories is ABSOLUTELY worth owning. Put it on with headphones as soon as I unwrapped it and it's like listening to these songs for the first time.
