William Faulkner lived & wrote in Pirate's Alley in the 1837 French Quarter of New Orleans. The house he occupied is today the home of Faulkner House Books, aka 'America's most charming bookstore'.

The store is located at 624 Pirate's Alley. Pop by next time you're in New Orleans, (& see if there's a Holland House title on the shelves...)
