The #RealMe service from Department of Internal Affairs is a dog of a website. I’m trying to update my contact details and as soon as I click into any of the fields, a modal pops up saying “Please wait while we process your information”. At which point it redirects to another page saying “your details have been updated” (nothing has changed yet). From there we’re back to the landing page. FFS.

Looks like I’m making a phone call on Monday.

Public services don’t have to be like this. We can do much, much better
