Can someone really smart explain to me why when looking into water from a boat you always have light reflections that centre around where you stand, no matter where you stand? It's always fascinated me. That's my shadow in the water. Notice how the light rays look similar to an iris around my head.

The son and I had a rather unique discussion. From "how many portions of Aperol Spritz have I left?" to "how many persons can drink the leftover Spritz" to "How many people would fit into a champagne bottle?" to "Can we fit two people into a champagne bottle if we dry-freeze them, crush them into powder and put high pressure on them?" Son said that it is impossible. He's good in physics. I have to believe him.
It was not our weirdest discussion. By far not.
