He wasn’t. He had no credentials, made erroneous claims of China hacking into the machines, and claimed he knew how the machines are made, but had never seen the electronics “because they won’t let him.”
He was just another lying, conspiracy theory spreading, nut job, trying to cause trouble.
Fortunately for him, he didn’t touch the machine, the seals, or attempt to access it.
We asked him to leave, and he did, otherwise the police would have been called!
So folks, this is the kind of stuff we election workers have to deal with.

You can already anonymously make a financial transaction which cannot be denied and conversely you can prove you made the transaction - if you want.
ZK proofs combined with other techniques can work for secure anonymous elections where anyone can verify the vote count and if their vote was counted without compromising anonymity.
