När man är sjukskriven, har svinont i nacke och hägrande migrän, allt strular och man avvärjt att hunden ska sätta i sig en socka dagen innan bokat veterinärbesök och man dessutom behöver roa förkylt barn så kanske man liksom inte orkar baka.

DAY 95 My baguettes got the approval of the French guy which I take to heart. I still need to practice on piping the cream on semlor but I think I saw that we are making around 8000 of them the coming days I’m sure I’ll get plenty of practice. DAY 85 Last day done and dusted. Made some nice semlor, I don’t normally like the almond fillings in semlor but I liked these. Not really ready for more work experience. Being new again, hoping to fit in, hoping people are nice and all that. I might be twice the age of many of the others and that’s always rough. Dagens blandade känslor: årets första semla - hurra! *tar ett foto* med betoning på ett. När jag upptäckte att bilden var suddig hade jag redan ätit upp semlan.
