@afreytes BTW, #Shirobako (two seasons) is about making anime, if you look at it as managing software development projects you'll find it works out equally as well. Particularly Season 2, where they have to deal with subcontractors.

Today's #AnimeKnockoff is this Matsuya (松屋) beef bowl chain knockoff, Umeya (梅屋) from "SHIROBAKO".
With a two-hour runtime, I was worried that the Shirobako Movie wasn't going to hold my interest. However, it was more entertaining than expected. Though, I was also playing Pokémon TCG Pocket at the same time.
The band gets back together in the Shirobako Movie. Four years after the events of the series, Musani needs help completing a movie on a tight schedule, and the old gang returns to help out.
The Shirobako Movie explains how easily an animation studio can collapse. One or two bad productions can cause it to lose work and then employees, which makes it harder to land new projects.
