Obviously as a fledgling company, we're trying to keep expenditure as low as possible. For all our work so far, we've used #BlackMagicDesign #DavinciResolve (thanks @darleysam@kind.social for the pointer) but haven't been able to pony up for the specialist hardware or the Studio licence yet. However, with a bit of effort I've got most of the functionality and UI improvement of the Editor Keyboard with a custom lighting scheme on a #Logitech #G910 and a #Contour #ShuttlePro2

A Logitech G910 RGB-lit gaming keyboard with a custom setup meaning the keys that correspond to different types of shortcuts in Blackmagic Design's Davinci Resolve software are lit up in coloured groups. Next to the keyboard is a Countour Shuttle Pro 2 device which has two rows of shortcut buttons for editing functions (top row: Insert, Overwrite, Split, Snap; bottom row: Step back, Reverse, Stop, Play, Step forward) above a dual shuttle wheel (outer ring, inner disc) with further buttons unmarked around the sides and lower circumference.
