Today, I spent time crafting the onboarding process for the Slack integration of my app that lets you say "thanks" to your teammates with a slice of pizza 🍕
With this change, I (hopefully) make it easier to add the bot to the important channels during the installation of the app.
Today, I’m working on the inline help centre for the Slack integration of PizzaTIme 🤓
The app is simple and you can send pizza to your teammates by simply tagging them. However, sometimes you may feel lost, so that’s why the bot should respond to “help” requests and assist you.
Just like with the rest of the Slack UI, I have to provide the same UX as with MS Teams, so here is a PoC for the Achievements interface in the web portal.
Again, in Slack I preserve a minimal interface, and going to the web is optional, only to filter and learn more.
