It's the start of a new #Clojure #dataart project. Got a proof-of-concept version working back in the summer and then left it to simmer while dealing with the crazy period leading into October.

Took a detour to learn #Specter along the way, which will be helpful for managing the data part of data-art.

The first image is a view of open ports on my system. Each arc is a port. They swirl around the middle as long as they're open. Still playing with mapping the port info to features in the display.

The second is just playing with gradients. Haven't figured out any data to map to it yet.

The biggest hurdle before a release is figuring out color palettes. How do I semantically map colors to features?

A collection of arcs all swirling around a central point. There are a few small ones in the center, but many more toward the edge. Looks like of like a hallucination of a vinyl record.

A grid of boxes filled with gradients of various shades of green. The bright end of the gradient is randomly in a different color for each box.
