From my point of view, I'm a compassionate pet companion who fed her pets 45 minutes early today.
From their perspective, I'm a cruel and selfish human who delayed their dinner by 15 whole minutes.
(I move dinner a few minutes a day until it lines up with where I want it again, but they fail to appreciate the kindness in not making them wait the entire hour.)

The extra hour of sleep tonight was nice… but this back and forth needs to end. It is unhealthy, even dangerous. Now that we are again in line with the sun on Standard time we need to return to this natural circadian rhythm permanently. No more changes. This is it.

It's "fall back" to Standard Time again (I wish we were on Standard Time all year). We had an unseasonably warm start to November on Saturday, but a cold front will make Sunday windier and cooler (but still mild).

I just set the clocks on my stove & microwave, which are the only clocks in my house that do not reset themselves, back an hr in advance of the change to #StandardTime..
The astute clock owner will disable all their clocks tonight and next wake up on a nice spring day in May.

I don't NEED & will not get any extra hour of sleep because I will wake up as usual at 7am DST (which will be 6am ST) & I'll just watch TV & troll SFBA.social & the other fave sites on my phone in bed to kill the extra hour.
No additional productivity will result from this. 🤷♂️
So, let's stop f*cking with the clock, & just leave it on DST or ST, whichever the "experts" think is best but just pick one & be done with it. 😡
