Big Ag is investing heavily in greenwashing at #COP30, with lobbyists, pavilions, PR – the whole works.
And while they pour money into protecting their image, we’re landed with the climate bill. See through the spin. Demand real action ✊

Five meat companies – JBS, Marfrig, Tyson, Minerva and Cargill – combined emit more greenhouse gases than Chevron, Shell or BP.
Around 80% of these emissions come from cattle.
While science calls for reducing livestock emissions, Big Meat and Dairy are expanding fast.
The world’s biggest meat empire, JBS, plans to grow 70% by 2050 while walking back its climate commitments.
🚨 New report: Big Meat and Dairy are roasting the planet 🥩🌡️
A new investigation by Greenpeace Nordic, Foodrise, Friends of the Earth US and the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy exposes the colossal climate footprint of the world’s meat and dairy giants.
Their emissions now rival Big Oil.

The real culprit is industrial agriculture.
With #COP30 in the Amazon weeks away, governments must act to cut emissions, protect forests, and support farmers and rural communities.

Animal farming is the world’s biggest source of methane — a gas driving one-third of global warming.
Over 90 groups, including Greenpeace International, are calling on governments to reject false fixes and back a just transition to agroecology:

90+ environment and development groups call on governments to urgently slash climate-wrecking agricultural emissions and protect vital ecosystems.
After the flames fade, the forest doesn’t recover ‼️
Pasture replaces trees. Profit replaces protection. According to the World Resources Institute, cattle pasture is the #1 driver of deforestation in the Amazon.
JBS continues sourcing from high-risk suppliers, even after violations.
🌱 This isn’t restoration. It’s replacement.

If methane’s invisible, is it even a problem?
Big Meat and Dairy sure hopes you think it’s not.
Livestock is the largest human-made source of methane, but their PR teams are busy blowing pink smoke. Watch their spin in action.

🚨 Big Agriculture Wants to Hide Pesticide Dangers! 🚨
A group of state Attorneys General (from Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, South Carolina, and South Dakota) is pushing the EPA to block states from requiring stronger warnings on dangerous pesticides. 🤯
Right now, states like California can require extra warning labels if a pesticide is linked to cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm—even if the EPA downplays the risks. These attorneys general want to ban states from adding their own protections, forcing everyone to follow only the EPA’s (often weaker) rules.
Why does this matter? 💡 Because pesticide companies have HUGE influence over the EPA, and they often pressure regulators to ignore or downplay health risks. If this rule goes through, corporations win, and public health loses.
States should have the right to protect people, farms, and wildlife from toxic chemicals—not be forced to accept watered-down safety standards.
💬 What do you think? Should states be allowed to warn people about pesticide dangers?
Let Trump's EPA know in the comments! 😛 :ExtinctionRebellion:
