The point, as far as Sheetal had been aware, was to get away from everything and everyone.
The point had been to be out in the mountains where she couldn't be reached, where she could reasonably say "sorry, no signal" and where nobody would bother her even if anyone could find her.

In theory, Stranded World is composed of “Strands” which make up the connections of every thing & being to everything else; certain people can see, manipulate, or read the Strands but they come into existence & eventually fade away on their own in a constant cycle of renewal.
In practice, the Strands that are read/manipulated are like you took a page full of the very lightest pencil lines going everywhere (1/?)

You'd see her sometimes, walking the sidewalk.
She had no concern for strangers & no worry for cars; traffic lined up a mile back if she decided she needed to settle in a sunbeam in the center of an intersection.
She was motley & mottled, tall-shouldered, her tail held high, and every house in the neighborhood put out a little bowl for her.

I have been drawing the #map / #floorplan of the van Autumn-from-#StrandedWorld uses during Faire season, and I swear she has more storage than I do IRL.
I went from three tabs of bespoke menswear and two tabs of really nice string art to five - no, six tabs of vans and one of really weird string art.
