Deadman can only interact with the physical world by possessing someone's body. So he possesses the body of bartender Paul and exposes a counterfeit operation run by Rocky. He also discovers that Manzel isn't responsible for his death. Deadman leaves Paul's body and, after certifying that Liz is safe with him and they intend to marry, he returns to the search for his murderer. [3/3]

I got my hair and beard cut, ate some delicious bao buns for lunch, finished my book, treated myself to the tpb of Tom King’s #StrangeAdventures, have just ordered a pizza, and am going to watch the new episode of #HelloTomorrow.

🦸🏻 💬 Strange Adventures (✏️ Tom King | 🖌️ Mitch Gerads & Evan "Doc" Shaner | 🖨️ Urban Comics). Plutôt chouette, notamment le choix des deux illustrateurs pour marquer la différence entre les périodes sans perdre les lecteur·ice·s, avec des identités bien spécifiques et très chouettes.

Côté récit, c'est pas mal, ça traîne un peu en longueur et ça tourne parfois en rond, sans vraiment surprendre non plus. Une bonne lecture de 2022, mais pas renversant.
