#PSA: In #BC there have been 4 child deaths due to invasive #StrepA since mid-December. While we are freaking out about that many child deaths, there have been a lot more adult deaths.

Pay attention to your body. Strep A is bacterial, without clear and obvious symptoms. A #fever, feeling unwell, but trust your instincts - if you feel it may be more than some passing bug, GO GET CHECKED AT A CLINIC. Strep A can go from mild to dead fast.
