Progress • Workshop delivered on How do we work with everyone else? • Re-org team met targets started to map out the employee experience of the re-org so far and the time yet to come... #SupportOneAnother Worked in the NHS Digital offices in Leeds for the very first time! Team • colleague off sick with Covid (take care out there) • Colleague welcomed me and buddied up with me to help me return /start office working. Overcoming my builtup anxiety. • Re-org team continued • Heads of UCD supporting each other. • Had a 'red flag’ moment and leadership caught me! • Holidays booked + approved Thinking… I started working in an office. NOT A RETURN BUT A START AT NHS. I needed support to do this. Some people need this support - the developed anxiety caused by covid is real for some. ANXIETY IS REAL BUT NOT FIXED... Thanks TERO
