A pensioner was left in A&E after a horror hit-and-run. The crash happened on Sydenham Road at around 10am this morning (Tuesday, January 13).

Brainstorm has supported websites providing news, events and community information since 2000. First as Sydenham Freeserve, then Sydenham Town out of which grew the Sydenham Town Forum which became independent in 2016. We moved to Sydenham.info mimicking the style of STF.
We thought 25th anniversary should bring something new. Hence Sydenham.info became se26 launched as a new domain se26.org.uk on November 14th. It’s being built (and occasionally re-built) page by page.
It’s designed to have a plain minimalists style in contrast with many heavy designs that tire the eye and obscure the information they carry.
Cool retro!

The station departure widget uses the National Rail database used on station platform indicator boards. This is a live feed, it’s what’s happening at Sydenham Station right now.
It is freely available and can embedded in any website or bookmarked on your phone for one click access (faster than the Nat Rail app.

A reward of £20k has been offered for information on the murder of Curtis Green who was shot a year ago in Wells Park on November 10, 2024 at around 10am in the morning.
The shooting took place after a party at a property in Hensford Gardens the night before.
