Ein Flugzeug von hinten im Landeanflug auf den früheren Flughafen Tegel. Das Bild ist diesig und nicht besonders gut. Man sieht die Landebahn und im Hintergrund Gebäude, die aber nicht gut zu erkennen sind.

Am 11. September 2001 stieg ich gegen 14:40 in Düsseldorf in einen Airbus der SAS oder der Air-Berlin – an dieses Detail kann ich mich heute nicht mehr erinnern. Nur ca. eine Stunde später hat die Maschine in Kopenhagen-Kastrup aufgesetzt. Bis zum Öffnen der Kabinentür war es nur ein weiterer meiner damals wöchentlichen Flüge ins Büro… danach war die Welt für uns alle nicht mehr die selbe. (ARD, Wh)

Ein blauschwarzes Fahrrad steht angelehnt an einem rot-weißen Pfosten eines haushohen Anflugschneisen-Leitsystems, das in größeren Abständen nach hinten In den Bildhintergrund verteilt ist. Die Farbe an den Leitsystempfosten blättert bereits ab. Drumherum ist fast kniehohes Trockengras.

Gut, dass Ihr auch den #Fluglärm im Blick bzw. im Ohr habt. Ich habe mehrere Jahre in der Einflugschneise von #TXL gewohnt. Es war die Hölle. Frankfurt/Main muss noch schlimmer sein.

Der Flugverkehr wurde in den Jahren, in denen ich betroffen war, massiv ausgeweitet. Alle 90 Sekunden ein Start. Wenn eine Maschine weg war, hörte man schon die nächste. Die Vögel haben sich angepasst. Es ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Die Leute, die mal eben in den Süden fliegen, denken darüber nicht nach. Und über die #Klimakatastrophe schon gar nicht.

Former #Berlin #TegelAirport #TXL - current state of the remodelling to an Urban Tech Republic. Currently the biggest inner city remodelling project of the world. And currently off-limit to the public and only accessible thru special guided tours.
