Anyone using FlyOn UI?
Seems great, but I wonder by how much, in case Nuxt decides to take not-so-good decisions with Nuxt UI

the demo app is build with:
#springboot
#thymeleaf
#htmx
#tailwindui
but there is also the possibility to create another app, that is using the #activitypub #C2S API.
A visually striking Tesla website mockup! This demo showcases advanced web design techniques using Remix and Tailwind CSS, with a modern snap-scroll interface and custom AI-generated imagery. It is a perfect example of the seamless integration of style and functionality in web development. Explore at https://darkviolet.ai! #webdesign #Tesla #Innovation #tailwindui #remix #tailwindcss
I have just purchased #TailwindUI. Expect good things from me soon. =)
Things I spent the last couple of weeks on using NuxtJS, TailwindUI, and Lucia Auth.
To people that used to complain that "every website now looks like #Bootstrap": Can you please shut-the-heck-up when you see #TailwindUI websites? The era back then was so cool, because websites used to use common patterns, had similar way of dealing with the same problems, had familiar layout to find things.
Nowadays you have to be lucky to find an up to date YouTube video that walks you through how to find an username change dialog that was (obviously) on display in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying ‘Beware of the Leopard.”
Both #TailwindCSS and #TachyonsCSS take an atomic approach to #CSS. However, I am trying to understand why the former is more popular when if I want to see an example of say a button, it expects me to pay for access to #TailwindUI, whilst the latter has loads of free examples in the documentation, or have I missed something?
Few notes:
1. I'll open this up once I wrestle with some basics in writing a web app in #golang (simple things like named routes are very DIY here, which has required me to restructure a lot of code).
2. Because this was a bit of a side project, I didn't write any tests (yet). Normally I'd have browser-based automated testing by this point but the bigger questions exist like "what does this thing *do*?"
3. You can go far in Go with #StimulusJS #Turbo and #TailwindUI.
If you don’t have an eye for design, and not written a single line of CSS for like a decade, but have a fairly good understanding of programming logic, how easy is it to turn a template from #TailwindUI (or whatever you suggest for great, premade layouts) and build a personal blogish site using #11ty? Handlebars/Nunjucks doesn’t seem to difficult to get?
This example uses #TailwindUI for the structure of the app - any of the links not clicked on in this demo are just placeholders. The neat stuff is in how the UI is decomposed into frames. 2/
Day 6–7 of #100daysofcode. Got sidetracked building a small LiveView component library for #tailwindcss and #elixir inspired by #TailwindUI. Learned about named slots, slot attributes, and JS.dispatch to css classes. Now to get back to actually building something #myelixirstatus.
@AlSweigart (In an veteran salesperson voice): If you throw a reasonable amount of one-off moneyes on #TailwindUI, you will never ever have to ask this question again.
#TailwindUI is shaping up really nicely 😍
