I redownloaded #TheMighty app to try and connect with others in the #MentalHealth community and read their stories and it’s been great.

I just read an article on blackout #dissociation. Something I relate to because 2015-2022 are a haze. I know it sounds bonkers but I was completely mentally gone and didn’t even realize it until I had a full on breakdown and realized I had been out of my mind and absent for 7 years. It’s absolutely terrifying. The article I read went into details about how

I am inter alia a #pwME, indeed I suffer from #SevereME and this is a common symptom of mine when I pass from tired to exhausted:

“They may be entering a state of bodymind shutdown where even basic communication is difficult.”
