Der Nachfolger von #TheSearchForPlanetX ist endlich da (Aufpreis von KS hat sich nicht gelohnt, da es jetzt 2 Wochen vor Retail Release kam statt 3-4 Monate früher).
Es ist etwas komplexer, schwerer zu notieren, es gibt Karteneffekte, unterschiedliche Lost Species mit eigenen Regeln und extra Tokens, die alle für mich und den Bot verwaltet werden müssen. Dadurch ist es etwas mehr fiddly und mit Neulingen würde ich immer eher Planet X suchen.
Dennoch sehr cool. 🙂
Who would have thought the computer ran app would be any good at a logic deduction puzzle game? Red smoked me, 39 to 15. I think i need to just start throwing out theories bc if you don't keep up with the bot, not sure how you'll get enough points thru the game. Also, didn't help that I whiffed the chance to find Planet X at end but even if I did, I wouldn't have scored enough points.

One more back porch #game tonight since the weather is impeccable. This time, going back to #TheSearchForPlanetX which I haven't played in a few months. Much more a logic puzzle than a game but fun nonetheless.

Tried my hand at expert mode of #TheSearchForPlanetX and got totally wrecked. Made a bad mistake at beginning with a Dwarf Planet guess and derailed everything.

Lost both but came super close on 2nd game. Even without finding Planet X first, only lost by 1 point.
I usually don't like guessing in these deduction games but I did in this certain play and it paid off. Otherwise, I'm not sure how I will ever outsmart a literal computer crunching these numbers lol

Wow, #solo #TheSearchForPlanetX plays quick and the bot is not playing around. I found Planet X right after the bot did, but she had so many more theories published. Whooped me 22 to 10!

Playing #TheSearchForPlanetX for the first time. Much less a game than a puzzle, though I'm not complaining. I've really liked those logic puzzles where you get clues and have to match up categories of things and it seems similar. I actually have a book of them on my night stand as I type this.
I do wonder about replay ability though. I understand the app generates a new map if the sky every time but more, how many times to play before it feels like the same process?
