J'ai lu le livre "Parents Efficaces" de Thomas Gordon. J'avais pas mal de soucis de communications avec mes enfants. Ce livre a clairement amélioré ma communication avec mes enfants mais il a en fait changé ma communication dans les domaines de ma vie (conflits et coopération). Ce n’est pas parfait bien sur mais j’ai beaucoup progressé. Je vous fais un (long) résumé.
