Ah the joys of modern technology... My lovely 4 year old has become hooked on #youtube so I did the next best thing and disabled it and installed #youtubekids she's throwing tantrums and begging for it to go back on.... Ah life can be cruel sometimes #parenthood plus my ex-wife and I caught our 7 year old son uploading videos of him and his sisters on #youtube so he's been restricted... Bugger: no Google Voice plugin for Firefox. Also, no gChat widget for Firefox. (Finally) moving away from Chrome is going to have more individual applications open, if not some complete loss of functionality. :(

Irony? I originally switched from Firefox to Chrome (in 2009) because Firefox was killing my (then) laptop's memory. Because I'd started a new job and was supposed to be issued a company laptop, I'd opted for a low-spec "temporary" laptop, so, Firefox's (relative) bloat had me searching for other options. At the time Chrome was a much better memory-consumer.
