Mini exercise trick that helped me today:

Make shift weight lifting - I had a pile of sheet laundry rolled up into a pall and lifted that one handed above my head on each step that it took to get to bathroom + bit of time waiting for space to get in there.

It wasn't heavy, but I did enough movement that both of my arms feel it now. :P

I try to add mini-movements like this every day so I am no entirely seditary.
