@RejoinEU

The Trust model worked so well for the #Graun . And bogus impartiality is going so well at the #BBC . I too grew up in a #Torygraph household and imbibed its poison. But the whole British news ecosystem is toxic.

@petecogle
Well, good.
I remember when the Daily Telegraph was a newspaper, even if it was definitely the #Torygraph . They are gone.

@PoliticalCartoon yes, of course: dog walkers, by definition, are middle aged white men, and are persecuted by Labour. Poor little souls... While clearly, suggesting to send in the dogs to thwart what is actually legal and also done by heterosexuals (it only has a different name, but doesn't appear to bother them) and was tolerated for 200 years is not in the least bit motivated by intolerance. Anyone who suggest this, must be anti white man.... clearly.

The Starmer-Trump meeting must have been some sort of a success in that, save for one negative opinion piece, the Daily Torygraph has scarcely commented on it at all. #Trump #Starmer #Torygraph

#LizTruss the #lettuce lady is out in force peddling her mad conspiracy theories today in the #torygraph

If you or anyone you know is affected by these issues: paranoid delusions, disordered thought patterns, speaking in rapid-fire word salad, or hallucinations, please call NHS direct to setup an immediate psyciatric consultation. You may be eligible for a column in the #Telegraph

In what universe is Helen Joyce and a "Human Rights" charity?! Unless you count them as a lobby group for the *abolition* of human rights which their cabal of middle-class conservatives don't like.

Typical one-sided journalism from the

Ah, well done the #Torygraph -- that's more like it! Sadly for you, though, the #DailyMail and #DailyExpress are already several steps ahead of you in the "shamelessly flinging BS at Labour" stakes. You have a lot of catching up to do... get your thinking caps on and start inventing something more imaginative. "Starmer refuses to deny eating babies", perhaps? "Angela Rayner forcing kids to smoke crack"?

"The share of electric cars in total sales has increased from around 4% in 2020 to 18% in 2023. EV sales are expected to continue strongly through 2024.". IEA

#Torygraph still mad, but they hate Labour and EVs more than Germans. A difficult calculation.

Mercedes profits down
Their EVs are nice, but expensive, and they are investing.

There is quite a trail in the media to the world-destroyers.

Jeremy Warner, assistant editor of the torygraph is now whingeing about the state of Post-Brexit UK he helped to create. What a fkng bellend:

"Nothing seems to work, there are long waiting lists for almost every public service, there’s not enough housing to go around, and at a loss for solutions, our public discourse has degenerated into the demeaning bile of culture wars irrelevance."

@MattMastodon@mastodonapp.uk Yeah, "just rejoin", or alternatively, "just lift anchor and sail to the Pacific". The still does not get it: really meant Brexit. It will take decades to reform itself and successfully apply for membership. For starters, they need to become a full (requiring both proportional representation and an elected upper house).

@redflag

Agreed 100%. It's not lost on me that this article is from the right wing, #Brexit supporting #Tory mouthpiece, the #Torygraph.

If they're openly spouting what many knew would happen with Brexit, the reality must be worse that we all realise & feared. 😳

@iaruffell
So the #tories and #labour both have:

Foreign policy set by Washington

Social policies set by the #mail and #torygraph

Economic policy set by business donors and lobby groups

BUT THEY ARE NOT THE SAME, because.... the tories can add.......

Legal and legislative policies set by #Rwanda
