They keep saying that they 'want to stay in UN charter'.
The ONLY reason to scrap the triple lock is to send Irish Defence Forces on non-UN sanctioned missions. That's the straitjacket they want rid of.

The triple lock is the only legal mechanism that prevents our troops being sent on imperialist interventions.
It is "at the core of our neutrality" according to Micheal Martin.
But now he wants to scrap it.
