Crank 4 will see Chev Chelios getting a pacemaker after his heart stoped in the aftermath of Crank 3. Sadly for him but good for us the pacemaker got hacked by a Hacker who installed an AI playing Doom on it. Chev now has only the time left the program needs to finish the game.

Do to the fact that Doom still is one of the most action fueled games this will drive Chev's heart beyond known limits.
