#1271 Ton of Humanitarian Aid Sent from #Turkey Delivered to the #AfghanRedCrescent in Herat’s Rozenk Port

The 12th humanitarian aid package, containing 1271 tons of food and non-food items, sent by the #TurkishRedCrescent, #AFAD (Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency), and #IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, was delivered by Herat’s Turkish Consul General, Mr. Tezcan Kâzıoğlu, to the Chairman of the Afghan Red Crescent, Mr. Şeyh el-Hadis Şahabeddin Dilaver, at Rozenk Port in Herat province.
The delivery ceremony was attended by Mr. Naeemullah Karimi, the Turkish Red Crescent’s representative in Afghanistan, Herat Governor Şeyh el-Hadis Mevlana Nur Ahmed İslamcar, regional, central, and representation heads, and representatives of AFAD and IHH.
During the handover, Mr. Dilaver thanked Turkey for its consistent and stable support, stating that the aid sent by the Turkish Red Crescent would be distributed with full transparency to those in need and families affected by disasters.
He also emphasized that the Afghan Red Crescent continues its humanitarian aid efforts throughout the country and that this aid would allow them to expand their operations further.
Herat’s Turkish Consul General, Mr. Tezcan Kâzıoğlu, said the following about the humanitarian aid:
"This 1271 tons of food and non-food items has been sent to Afghanistan to meet the needs of families affected by natural and man-made disasters. The Turkish Red Crescent and other charitable organizations will continue to provide support and assistance to the people of Afghanistan under all circumstances."
It should be noted that previously, Turkey has also sent hundreds of tons of food and non-food items in 11 shipments, which were distributed with full transparency by the Afghan Red Crescent to families in need.

#Türk_Kızılayı, #AFAD ve #IHH vakıfları tarafından gönderilen, 1271 ton gıda ve gıda dışı malzeme içeren 12. insani yardım paketi, Herat’taki Türk Başkonsolosu Sayın Tezcan Kâzıoğlu tarafından, Herat vilayetinin Rozenk Limanı’nda Afgan Kızılay'ı Genel Başkanı Sayın Şeyh el-Hadis Şahabeddin Dilaver’e teslim edildi.
Yardım teslim törenine, Afganistan’daki Türk Kızılayı yetkilisi Sayın Naeemullah Karimi, Herat Valisi Şeyh el-Hadis Mevlana Nur Ahmed İslamcar, Batı Bölge, Merkez ve Temsilcilik başkanları, AFAD ve IHH vakıf temsilcileri katıldı.
Teslimat sırasında Sayın Dilaver, Türkiye’nin sürekli ve istikrarlı destekleri için teşekkür ederek, Türk Kızılayı tarafından gönderilen bu yardımın tam şeffaflıkla ihtiyaç sahipleri ve afet mağduru ailelere ulaştırılacağını belirtti.
Ayrıca, Afgan Kızılayı’nın ülkenin tüm vilayetlerinde insani yardımlarını sürdürdüğünü ve bu yardımın alınmasıyla yardım faaliyetlerini daha da genişletebileceğini vurguladı.
Herat’ta Türk Başkonsolosu Sayın Tezcan Kâzıoğlu, söz konusu insani yardım hakkında şunları söyledi:
"Bu 1271 tonluk gıda ve gıda dışı malzeme, doğal ve doğal olmayan afetlerden etkilenen ailelerin ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak amacıyla Afganistan’a gönderilmiştir. Türk Kızılayı ve diğer hayır kurumları, her koşulda Afgan halkına destek ve yardım sağlamaya devam edecektir."
Belirtmek gerekir ki, daha önce de Türkiye tarafından 11 part halinde yüzlerce ton gıda ve gıda dışı malzeme gönderilmiş ve Afgan Kızılay'ı tarafından tam şeffaflıkla ihtiyaç sahibi ailelere dağıtılmıştır.
