Several years ago, I was sitting outside in the front of my house, and I saw a scrawny cute little white cat in the front yard. As soon as I saw it, it came over to me, meowed, and adopted us. He was abandoned, so after sometime we took him to the vet, had him checked out, snipped, and brought him home. He was so happy to be with us.
