Unity's AI-based content generator has been created with a custom-built and as Unity mentioned "responsibly" trained model. So that creators don't have to worry about using someone else's copyrighted content.
In fact, Unity is so confident about the results generated by their AI model that they will partner to defend creators in the unlikely event of a copyright issue!

It's probably not the most promising demo when considering high-end graphics or frame rate, but still delivers a glimpse into the future of what the Unity engine will be capable of
Adaptive Probe Volumes (APV) - new lighting system with automatic probe placement, dynamic lighting and real-time scenario (day/night) blending right in the editor.
All features will be available on HDRP and URP
Spatial-Temporal Post-Processing (STP) - upscaled rendering of post-processing effects without any loss of quality. It runs on high-end mobile devices as well.
GPU Occlusion Culling - reduces the vertex count by not rendering objects that can’t be seen. This can be triggered dynamically or based on the scene's geometry.
From 47M vertices to 29M in the following scene -
GPU Resident Drawer - maximizes GPU performance by reducing the number of batches (draw calls for game objects using the same material)
Here’s the demo that was showcased at the Unite 2023 keynote built entirely with Unity 6, which comes with a brand-new rendering technology stack.
