At #vcfwesf2024 I met Marcel Erz who was showing his collection of #TRS80 Model 1 recreations. He also gave a couple of interesting talks.

His creations include a complete mainboard pcb, a 3D-printable case, a replacement keyboard and more. And it's all open source! He also sells various components and he is incredibly helpful.
