I think the #VtM5 Anarch book might have offered the kernel around which all my #TTRPG game mastering will crystallize, as a model of reactive fronts (#PbtA): the big bad's lieutenants' lieutenants' lieutenants place portentous grim stumbling blocks before the blind, then the players gradually wake sleeping giants. These Player-triggered graduated impositions maintains a constant tension between player character and world.

And I think it'll be simple to prep.
