Are we ready for the next pandemic? Adam Hacker from CEPI gave his keynote lecture last night at the #VaccinesConference where he explored the idea of a paradigm shift in vaccine development pushing for a stronger focus on preparedness.

We are halfway through the #VaccinesConference but there are still some excellent sessions in the pipeline. This morning we explored new developments in vaccine R&D and the role of vaccines in eliminating hepatitis by 2030. Looking forward to even more later today!

Break time is networking time at the #VaccinesConference! Day 2 kicked off with a session on #vaccines against gastrointestinal infections and some great abstract presentations. Now attendees can enjoy a short break before the next set of sessions start focused on #OneHealth.

The second keynote lecture of the day is starting soon at the #VaccinesConference. We are excited to hear about the impact of vaccines on respiratory viral diseases like COVID-19 and more from speaker Jamie Lopez Bernal.
