It's been a long time… but people are still going into hospital, still dying. And so many need to be remembered.

On Friday, we met Dr Josep Grau-Bové, Associate Professor of Heritage Science at #UCL. His students will be looking at the fading rate of hearts, giving us meaningful data for the Wall's long-term future enabling us to prepare relevant strategies. #WalkTheWall #HeritageScience #CovidMemorialWall #MakeTheWallPermanent
We are so lucky that one of our volunteers is a superb baker - she spoils us every week! We love the #heart shape of these shortbread biscuits...

Our volunteers, who give their time to maintain and restore the memorial wall, are featured in this article in the Daily Mirror… #CovidMemorialWall #CovidMemorial #WalkTheWall #MakeTheWallPermanent https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/heartbreaking-pilgrimage-grieving-covid-families-28724474?utm_source=linkCopy&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=sharebar
Thanks for helping us light up the wall!
Just dropping a reminder that we have a #NationalCovidMemorialWall online tribute site where anyone can leave a dedication to a person they love who died from #COVID19 ❤️❤️❤️
We find this painting by Eamonn McGovern (“Angels Are Among Us”) so beautiful. We are not surprised the artist found inspiration at the wall…
The #CovidMemorialWall looks especially beautiful under the snow…
Volunteering painting hearts at the #CovidMemorialUk today, I found this bit of moss growing in a heart shape. Fanciful, but it almost felt like a sign from our beloved lost. I gave it a border, and it looks quite at home...
It was such a pleasure for the volunteers to have MP Afzal Khan join us at the wall today - we are so grateful for his support. ❤️❤️❤️
