A multi-tiered fountain with layered white cement terraces where grass and shrubs grow. From the left, the terraces form wavy lines that connect the top left corner of the photo to the large circular fountain itself which dominates the upper right of the photo. From the bottom left to the top right corner's edge is an arching semi-circular staircase with a metal guard-rail running down the middle. All the lines in the photo contribute to a sense of swirling concentric circles that lead the eye to the bottom of the fountain.
