Here's a comparison to the #transit coverage in #Chicago from the #WickerPark neighborhood. DC overlay approximately to scale, but I couldn't find a real tool to compare, so it's based off of an approximated 10mi equivalence.
(I also tried to pick an example that is similarly "in town" but not right in the middle.)
Chicago has ~4x as many people, so it's not a fair comparison, but I think it's a demonstration of what could be.

This is a long shot, but does anyone in #chicago #wickerpark know someone who recently lost a young tabby/white cat? My wife and I found a sweet female kitten at Wolcott and Crystal last night and want to try and find her home. We’re very certain she is a pet and not feral because she approached us for pets and got excited when she heard a can open (for wet food).

As a #Walgreens aficianado, I was never fond of this one. The building itself is grand, and I'm old enough to remember when it was a bank. A better use would have been a performance space, or maybe a mini-mall of some sort ... as a Walgreens, it never quite fit, especially given that there is a great one a few blocks away across near the late, great #BeachwoodInn.
