#Horizon #ForbiddenWest #SteamDeck loaded yesterday (133GB, damn) and first impressions performance-wise is it has same issues so far as #ZeroDawn (big areas stutter when loading new parts) but everything else seems fine

Dynamic Resolution Off
AMD FSR 2.2 -> Quality
Preset -> Low (then change Texture Quality to High)
Motion Blur Strength: 0 (hate that stuff)
Radial Blur: Off (see above)

It's beautiful. I also put 157 hours into the #PS4 version so i'm not exactly looking for rock-solid here... just wanna play it in bed and do the DLC

Reached Meridian in Horizon Zero Dawn but I can feel my interest flagging

I love Aloy and this weird sci-fi post-postapocalyptic world but the moment to moment play isn't hooking me. The combat can be really clunky and simple, and none of the weapon and armor upgrades or modifications seem that in-depth

@teacherrogueone Den ersten Hinweis habe ich schon gefunden: Las Vegas liegt in #ForbiddenWest und das östlich gelegenen Colorado sollte dann passend in #ZeroDawn verortet sein... ☺️ #Horizon

@teacherrogueone Ich muss mir das mal genauer anschauen - bei #Horizon #ZeroDawn würde es mich nicht wundern, wenn das Gebäude sogar auf der Map bewusst als dieses Gebäude platziert ist und vielleicht sogar noch weitere Hinweise versteckt sind 🥰🏹

Das Gebäude aus Zero Dawn (1) ist der Resurrection Hub aus Battlestar Galactica (2) und die wiederum habe es bei der US Air Force Chapel in Colorado Springs (3) geklaut xD

I am so glad I picked Horizon Zero Dawn up again. The story is just starting to kick off and I'm really enjoying it again. Open world action/adventure really is my favorite!

@Admiral_Craymen Nothing wrong with throwing it on easy and speed running it. You may find you enjoy the trip. #ZeroDawn overstayed its welcome for me a bit, so I blazed through the last 1/4 of the story.

The DLC was great tho

This always happens to me with games with a lot of options. I loved the simplicity of #ZeroDawn. I knew what everything was and I didn’t have to remember lots of combos to do stuff.

Da ich ein netter Beutel bin ;) ich wurde gefragt, ob ich wen kenne, der Verwendung für diese #ZeroDawn Reihe hat und bereit wäre diese für einen entsprechenden Betrag zu übernehmen. :) Bin leider keine Zielgruppe, sonst wären die Sachen wohl schon weg ;)
